What to expect from our home inspections

Inspect-more LLC home inspections are very thorough, detailed, easy to read and understand.   Your report will provide descriptions of each of properties various areas and systems including the individual components, and comments on each as necessary.

We strive to identify and describe each system and any existing major problems affecting a typical buying decision. Full-color photos are added as necessary to help you understand the narrative descriptions in your report.  As an added benefit a basic infrared scan of the interior of the house is included at no additional charge. An infrared device allows us to check for concealed moisture, missing or incorrectly installed insulation and electrical issues.  It generally takes about 2 hours or more onsite to inspect a typical home.  Larger, older, or damaged homes may take longer.
