What appeared to be past water stains were visible on the roof structure at one or more locations in the attic adjacent to the chimney in a recent Buford home inspection. However, no elevated levels of moisture were found at these stains during the inspection. The stains may have been caused by a past leak. Recommend asking the property owner about past leaks.
