Joe Moore, lead inspector at Inspect-More LLC, combines hands-on construction experience with nationally recognized inspection credentials. A third-generation contractor, Joe built his first home at age 22, giving him firsthand knowledge of residential construction, materials, and workmanship that continues to guide every inspection.
Joe is an ASHI Certified Inspector (ACI) and an active member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), Member #250189. ASHI certification represents one of the highest levels of professional achievement in the home inspection industry.
To earn the ASHI Certified Inspector (ACI) designation, inspectors must meet strict requirements, including:
-
Passing the National Home Inspector Examination
-
Completing education on the ASHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics
-
Having inspection reports independently verified for compliance
-
Submitting documentation of 250 or more completed home inspections
These requirements are backed by independent oversight. ASHI Certified Inspectors are the only home inspectors whose certification is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA), providing third-party validation of professional competency.
This combination of construction-informed experience and accredited certification allows Inspect-More to deliver inspections that are practical, objective, and easy to understand.
